Briarcliff Oaks is a 125-apartment senior rental community on Briarcliff Road in Atlanta, on a wooded property near groceries, restaurants and I-85. It is independent living, not licensed care: one-bedroom apartments with rent that includes utilities and on-site maintenance, no application fee and no long-term lease. It is a nonprofit that takes donations to cover transportation and activities, and it has a sister property, Clairmont Oaks.
