What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted. Written to be read — see also the terms.
Enjoy Senior Living publishes a weekly newsletter and a directory of senior living communities in the north Atlanta metro. We are the people who decide what happens to the information on this page — in the language of privacy law, the controller.

When you subscribe. Your email address, your name if you give us one, which page you signed up from, and the date. If you opt in to text messages, your phone number.
When you take the care check. Your answers, the result, and which communities you clicked from it. The answers are erased after 90 days; the result is kept without them, so we can tell how many people the tool sent where without keeping anything about your parent.
When you use the cost calculator. The care type, county and hours you chose. It isn't connected to you unless you ask for the breakdown by email.
When you RSVP to an event. Your name and email. If the event is hosted at a community, we give them the guest list so you can get in the door.
When you claim a listing. Your email, your name, and whether your email domain matches the community's website — that's how we check you work there.
When you write to us. Whatever is in the message. If you send a question hoping we'll answer it in the newsletter, we publish it with a first name and a town — never a full name, never your email address, and never without you having asked.
When you read the newsletter. Whether it was opened and which links were clicked, through Beehiiv. It tells us which stories were worth writing.
When you look at a listing. We count views and clicks for that community, and where the visit came from — a link in the newsletter, say. We do not store an IP address, a cookie, or anything else that points back at you with those counts.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and no third-party analytics script. Nobody is following you around the internet on our account.
Two cookies exist, and both are here to do a job you asked for.
These companies process data on our instructions, and only for the job named. None of them are allowed to use it for their own purposes, and none of them buy it from us — we don't sell your information to anyone, for any price.
The care check can offer to introduce you to a placement consultant. That offer is two separate checkboxes, both off until you tick them:
Tick only the first and they get your name and how to reach you — nothing about your parent. Tick neither and nothing leaves us at all.
We record the exact wording you agreed to and the moment you agreed to it, because consent you can't point at isn't consent.
Where we are paid a fee for making an introduction, we say so on the page that offers it.
Some states give residents a legal right to make those requests. We honour them for anyone who asks, wherever you live, and we won't ask you to justify it.
Enjoy is written for adults making decisions about adult care. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
The site is served over HTTPS. Sign-in links and listing claim tokens are hashed where they're stored. Admin access is limited to a list of specific addresses, and card details are never on our servers.
No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you theirs is should be read carefully. If you find a hole, please tell us before you tell anyone else.
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is one that would matter to you, we'll say so in the newsletter rather than hoping you re-read the fine print.
