A Delmar Gardens campus on King Springs Village Parkway in Smyrna with independent apartments, assisted living, a secured memory care program and a skilled nursing and rehab centre, so a resident can move between levels without leaving. Nursing care is covered by RNs, LPNs and CNAs with a medical director on call around the clock, and the rehab side takes stroke, post-operative and fracture patients for daily physical, speech and occupational therapy. Delmar Gardens is a family-run group with communities in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois and Nebraska as well as Georgia; the Smyrna site also draws from Marietta, Sandy Springs, Roswell and Atlanta.
