Gaines Park is a family-owned community on Old 41 Highway in Kennesaw, running personal care and, more recently, a memory care program for Alzheimer's. The same family has been at it since 1997. Leases are month-to-month, with three meals, utilities, Wi-Fi, cable, weekly housekeeping and laundry included, and an in-house physical, occupational and speech therapy program on site.
