RNs, LPNs and CNAs go to the family's home, anywhere from a few hours a day to round-the-clock nursing, for kids with tracheostomies, ventilators, cerebral palsy, G-tubes and similar needs. It serves Savannah, Richmond Hill and coastal Georgia, and the agency handles the Medicaid application with families; GAPP covers the care at no out-of-pocket cost to those who qualify. This is not senior care.
