Holbrook Decatur is a five-story, 200-apartment building on Clairmont Road at the entrance to Emory University, open since July 2019. It offers active adult (independent) apartments, assisted living, and memory care in one building, with studios up to three bedrooms. The Holbrook group runs four other Georgia communities, in Acworth, Woodstock, Sugar Hill and Grayson.
