Independent living in Marietta
Choosing care for a parent is easier when you know the area. Marietta is the Cobb County seat, about 15 miles northwest of Atlanta, and Interstate 75 and U.S. 41 are the main routes in. Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center, is on Church Street in Marietta. Cobb County Senior Services has its offices at 1150 Powder Springs Street, where two of its senior centers are also located. You can call them at 770-528-5355.

Residents can move from an independent apartment to assisted living without leaving.
