Lenbrook is a not-for-profit continuing care community in Buckhead, open since 1983. Most residents start in independent living — high-rise apartments, garden homes, villas and flats — and can move to assisted living, memory care, rehab or long-term nursing care on the same campus. It also runs an on-site clinic and an in-home care service, and says it is CARF accredited.
