It holds Georgia's Assisted Living Community licence with a memory care certificate, runs four levels of care in assisted living and two in memory care, and keeps a licensed nurse on site. It is one of two Prema communities in Georgia, and the company offers Indian resident services, including a mandir alongside the chapel, with site pages in Hindi and Gujarati.
