Regency House is an independent living community on Winn Way in Decatur, run by QSL Management under its Barclay House brand. Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments come with three home-style meals a day and weekly light housekeeping. No personal care is advertised here, so this is for people who don't need help with bathing, dressing or medication.
