Vitality Living Milton is an assisted living and memory care community on Webb Road in Milton, in north Fulton County, drawing families from Alpharetta, Roswell and Johns Creek. Assisted living includes housekeeping, maintenance and three chef-prepared meals a day; the memory care neighborhoods are secured and take residents with mild to severe cognitive impairment, and a resident can move from assisted living into memory care without leaving. A nurse is on duty Monday through Friday and on call around the clock, and two nurse practitioners visit weekly. The site says it has won a U.S. News Best of Senior Living award in both categories for two years running.
